Before you sign up
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get to your cans. Outside is easiest, but if you'd like indoor kitchen bins cleaned too, someone will need to let us in for that part.
What if I have an odd-sized can or a shared dumpster?
Mention your can size (or send a photo) in the quote form and we'll confirm pricing before your visit. We clean standard residential trash and recycling cans as well as small shared bins.
Where does the wash water go?
We're happy to walk through exactly how we manage runoff for your property when we confirm your quote.
Can I pause or cancel a membership?
Anytime. Text or email us at least 2 days before your next scheduled cleaning and we'll pause, reschedule, or cancel, no fees.
